This series is part of the project "Architectural Heritage Preservation in Times of War: The Ukrainian Model" implemented by the Heritage Management Organization in partnership with the Kharkiv School of Architecture (temporarily relocated to Lviv) and Skeiron (Lviv), and supported by the Public Diplomacy Section of the U.S. Embassy to Ukraine (views expressed during the webinars do not reflect the official position of the U.S. Government).
Our fifth webinar is titled “Healing the Old City of Mosul through the restoration of its cultural landscape and historic landmarks”
It brings together presentations by two experts who significantly contributed to the rebuilding of Mosul, Iraq, after the conflict. It will focus on lessons learned that are relevant to other post-war urban rehabilitation initiatives, including in Ukraine.
